 These are the CUTEST things we've made yet! Most of our products are evergreen and work no matter the time of year but these four are seasonal-specific and will definitely be one of your most unique decorations this fall/Christmas season. (Scroll to the bottom for a bonus product!) These are all complied in the weld shop and painted in the finishing room in our new wood shop. Three are painted, one gets a clear coat, and two come inside for a little bit of ribbon. Each one has a slightly different process but the first part would be cutting any shoes that need to be cut. Then Joe grinds the spots where he will weld to join the shoes together. After welding, he will wire-wheel the whole thing and then it's ready to be painted! The exception is our pumpkin. Because we are going for a rustic look, we don't wire-wheel it. That one is welded and then clear-coated but retains the look of a used horseshoe. Which one is your favorite!?!
